We're Pete Seider and Eugenia Caballero — a husband-and-wife team advising Central Texas families on one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Between us we bring 20+ years in residential real estate: buyer representation, listings, property management, investing, and a career spent largely inside new-home sales. That range is the whole point — when you've sat in nearly every seat at the table, you can actually protect the person you're advising.
Pete's story
I got my start in real estate back in 2011 in Dallas, working for Power Properties. In 2014 I moved into new-home sales, selling for respected builders — everything from large national production builders to custom homebuilders — and I became a licensed Texas agent in 2019. Along the way I've also represented buyers, worked with sellers and listings, and bought and sold real estate as an investor and owner myself.
Across that career I've helped more than 400 families purchase over $140 million in homes — much of it from the builder's side of the table. That's where I learned exactly how new construction is priced, how incentives and upgrades are structured, how builder contracts and financing really work, and where buyers tend to leave money — or protection — on the table.
Now I bring all of that to your side. However I can help — new construction, resale, a sale, a relocation, or an investment — my job is to serve you well: help you see the entire deal clearly and make the decision that's genuinely right for you, even when the honest answer is "not yet." I've built this whole business on service and trust, and most of my clients come from people I've taken good care of. I also created New Home Dispatch to give buyers clearer, more objective new-construction information than the industry usually offers.
A husband-and-wife team
Eugenia Caballero is Pete's wife and business partner — a REALTOR® with The Ascend Group and a partner on the Seider Realty Team. Originally from Mexico and a fluent, native Spanish speaker, she has worked in real estate for about as long as Pete; together they bring more than 20 years of combined experience.
Eugenia isn't a name on a card. A St. Edward's University graduate, she pairs her real estate career with giving back — she serves as a giving coordinator at Valor Public Schools in Kyle. Her experience and perspective are genuinely complementary to Pete's, and she makes it possible for Spanish-speaking families to get the same clear, patient guidance in the language they're most comfortable with.
